Below is a list of information and forms that may be helpful to you. There are also many forms located on the council website at www.sdgirlscouts.org. Can't find a form that you need? Email us and we can find it for you at magnoliatrails@gmail.com.
Girl Scout Certificate of Liability for Santee Schools
- If you hold your troop meeting at a school, you will need to provide this proof of insurance with your application. Troops are also required to have a copy of it with them during their meetings. Click here for a pdf copy of the certificate.
Girl and Adult Health History Form Video Tutorial
- You must complete a NEW health history form every year (not just change the date) for all of the girls in your troop as well as any adults that are leaders and/or will be going on troop outings.
Activity Approval Form
- Is your Troop planning a fun activity somewhere other than your regular meeting place? If so, you may need to fill out an Activity Approval Form. If your feet leave the ground, your head hits a pillow or if you plan on getting wet you definitely need that to complete an Activity Approval form and turn into our Activity Consultant.

Event Planning Tools
- Would your troop like to plan an event for money earning or a Take Action Project? Here are some helpful tools that you will need to make your event a success. Remember - all events must be approved by the Service Unit Team prior to annoucing it. If it is a money earning event and will generate more than $250, it must also be approved by Council.
